Razieh Hashemi[2]
Abstract:
The 2020 US presidential election can be viewed from a variety of perspectives. As we can see, the issue of the intensification of bipolarity in the United States, the immigration crisis, the confrontation between the suburbs and the urban areas, the increase in the participation in the elections and the continuation of Trumpism. Trump defeated in the election, despite the increase in votes and the preservation of social status. Although the impacts of the corona on the US economy can be attributed to the failure of Trump, however, there are a variety of reasons, such as Trump's personality, social divisions, class divisions, identity divisions, rescuing America from the Trump crisis, failures in foreign policy and the behavior of the media, especially social media, contributed to Trump's defeat. In fact, part of the reason why Trump won the 2016 election was to vote against Trump in the 2020 election. Finally, we can mention Trump's personality, bipolar society and powerful media.

An Epistemological Study of Neoliberalism in the Political Thought of Friedrich Von Hayek
Pages 23-42
Abstract Ali taherkhani[1]
Jafar khalafi[2]
According to neoliberals such as Friedrich von Hayek, it is possible for man to escape from a savage being and to achieve civilization more in the shadow of "morality and tradition" than in reason. In the view of this intellectual-political current, civilization arises in the shadow of the formation of appropriate traditions. Moral values are the main theme of tradition and create the order on which the survival of society depends. The central question and purpose of this article is how the neoliberals, especially Hayek, have influenced political thought? According to him, the extensive existing system of civilized societies is not the product of the conscious design of any thinker, however, it is the result of inadvertent adherence to certain traditional and mainly moral practices and habits. By rethinking the basic principles of liberalism, such as rationalism and scientism, von Hayek draws new indicators of man such as unpredictability, relativism in values, the unknown future, and the minimal and immoral state.

Abstract
In recent years, many terrorist groups and sects have been formed in Islamic lands. The emergence of Salafi takfiri groups as informal actors casts doubt on the future of the West Asian region, where the ISIS terrorist group is one of the most important recent phenomenon in the region. The emergence of this group marks the beginning of a new phase of radical Salafism with the ideas of Ibn Taymiyyah and Sayyid Qutb in the world. The group has gained so much power in recent months that it has emerged as an active non-governmental activist in Iraq. Our main purpose in this article, which uses a descriptive-analytical method, is to answer the question: How Takfiri groups are formed in West Asia? In response, we found that the West, and especially the United States, has used a variety of strategies, including the strategy of constructive unrest, to manage this instability and pursue its interests

Pages 59-71
Abstract Jalaluddin Salimi,[1]
Abstract:
Globalization is an inevitable and desirable thing that, by weakening borders, transforms the social geography in such a way that internal and external issues are intertwined. The feeling of the need for world order and power to defend just relations in a unified world is the fruit of this process. The purpose of this article is to examine the concepts of diplomacy, communication, and globalization, as well as to analyze the influence of diplomacy and foreign policy on governments in the era of globalization. Therefore, the question that can be asked in this article is what effect has globalization had on foreign policy and consequently on diplomacy? The hypothesis of the article is as follows: Globalization, by discrediting the element of space and time, as well as development of communication and information technologies, has led more countries to use soft power in foreign policy, which is tangible in cultural diplomacy. The research method is descriptive-analytical and will cover most of the time after the Cold War.

Abstract Majid Norouzi[1]
Fath Ali Hemati[2]
Globalization and new media have transformed all aspects of human life. For this reason, it can be said that the world and its citizens are faced with a new lifestyle, a new policy, a new democracy. Thus, all theories related to the lives of citizens, such as feminism, have been transformed. This transformation has taken place in nature and form. In fact, the main question of this research is: What is the nature of cyber feminism, including its origins, characteristics and effects on women's socio-political rights? Cyber feminism, although formally known as the continuation of classical feminism, however in terms of content, is defined by components such as women's activities in the media, women's universal support for each other or the equality of women's rights at the global level, the formation of family democracy, the continuation of instrumental attitudes toward women are more representative. In other words, cyber feminism under the influence of globalization and new media, although it has created capacities for women, but faces challenges such as more instrumentalism than in the past, consumerist attitudes and weak economic power.

Indicators of Political Freedom in the Qur'an
Pages 91-111
Abstract Khadijeh Sadat Rastegar Ramsheh [1]
Abstract:
Freedom is one of the greatest divine blessings given to man. But unfortunately in today's world it has been misinterpreted, both in the Western world under the influence of humanist ideas, and in Eastern and even Islamic countries in some cases, as some have limited freedom to political freedoms, while the basis of political and social freedoms are freedoms of thought. Other freedoms will not be realized until intellectual freedom is realized. Since the concept of political freedom includes the three components of the actor, the obstacle and the goal, an attempt is made to identify these three components by referring to the Holy Quran. Our question in this research is: what is the relationship between political freedom and government in the Qur'an? Our research deals with the ultimate goal of political freedom and the obstacles to the realization of political freedom. In conclusion, it suggests that freedom in the words of the Qur'an is like the right to life

Pages 113-129
Abstract Peyman aleagha[1]

Abstract
This research explains the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan from the point of view of Alexander Wendt constructivism theory and the main question is: what factors led to convergence and divergence in these relations from 2000 to 2019 and what were the consequences?
The purpose of this study is to investigate the components of identity that affect the relations between Iran and Azerbaijan. The method of data collection is interpretive. The results of this study is that divergence and convergence in the relations between the two countries is not a fixed thing and changes according to temporal and spatial conditions so that divergence becomes convergence, and vice versa.
In other words, material and semantic factors do not have the same effect on the relations between the two countries and in a specific time and place cause convergence and in other time and place causes divergence between the two countries
