Procedure for writing articles
The Quarterly Journal of National Interest Studies welcomes scholarly articles on the topics of political science, international relations, regional studies, and international law for publication in the Quarterly, which will, of course, be published after review and approval by the editorial board. Articles should be the result of the author (s) 's personal views and research and have not previously been published in domestic or foreign journals. In the case of articles submitted to scientific conferences, the specifications of the conference should be accompanied by an article, and research articles and translations that have been approved by the editorial board and are of good quality will also be accepted to a limited extent. The article should be smooth, fluent and grammatically correct in Persian and be careful in choosing words. The article can be in Persian or English.
In the Persian text, the Persian equivalent of Latin words should be used as much as possible, and if the Persian equivalent is not expressive enough, the same Latin word equivalent can be subtitled by mentioning the number above.
The article should be typed on A4 paper and submitted in a diskette version, preferably with Word 2012.
The number of pages of the article should be at least 30 and at most 35 pages.
The first page should include the name, title of the article, full address, telephone number and website address of the author (s). The text of the article should include the title without the author's name, summary, three to five keywords about the research field, introduction, articles and items of the article, results and discussion and conclusion of the list of sources and appendices.
The abstract should be a concise and telling text of the article with emphasis on the method and results and should not exceed 150 words and in

Introduction should include stating the purpose and justification of the subject under study and in it sufficient attention should be paid to the research conducted in the field.
The table with the number and title typed above and the description and source of the table below each should be given on a separate page.
The location of tables, charts and figures in the text should be indicated by a mark in the margins of the text.
Only references that are used in the text of the article should be mentioned at the end of the article and minor and similar sources should be mentioned. The list of sources given in the URL text should be as follows: author name, year of publication, and pages used in parentheses.
References should be listed on a separate page (s) with row number, last name, article publication date, article title, name and journal number.
In the case of a book, the last name, first name, date of publication, full title of the book, cover number, translator and publisher must be mentioned.
Arranging the sources used At the end of the article, first Persian sources and then foreign sources should be numbered as an appendix.
The editorial board is allowed to accept or reject the received articles.
The authors of the article are responsible for the content and response to the comments provided in their articles and writings.
