Respected referees of the quarterly must be careful to judge in two parts, form and content
 
- In the content section, the quality of the article, the novelty of the topic, the existence of appropriate questions and hypotheses, the accuracy of the background of the topic, the use of the appropriate theory, the use of appropriate divisions, not going to the sidelines, the novelty of the sources used, etc. .. It is meant to be a quarterly. - In the form section, these are the items considered in the quarterly: 1- Submitted articles should be between 6000 and 8000 words and Persian abstract should be 150-155 words and English abstract should be between 150-160 words and keywords should be between 4-6 words. 2- Articles include: title of the article - abstract in Farsi and English "at the end of the article" (general statement of the topic - main question - hypothesis - purpose - type of research) - introduction - statement of the problem - background of the topic (books and articles) - the main text of the research - conclusions and sources (in-text-final). 3- English terms should be written as a footnote with numbers. 4- The in-text reference in the form of a summary (author's last name, year of publication: page number) "English references as in the example" should be placed in the text of the article.
