چکیده

چکیده:
 از زاویه دید کشورهای غربی آنچه در خاورمیانه اتفاق افتاد نوعی شورش جوانان بیکار و تحصیل کردگانی بود که با الزامات عصر اطلاعات آشنا هستند و جویای آزادی و برابری و الگوهای جدید سامان‌‌دهی قدرت بودند. این نگرش نام بهار عربی را بر تحولات خاورمیانه می‌گذارد و با تئوری‌های گذر از پاتریمونالیسم و رسیدن به دموکراسی رویدادها را پیش‌بینی و برنامه‌ریزی می‌کند. بعضی‌ تحلیلگران تحولات خاورمیانه را براساس اسلام و ورود الهیات بر عرصه سیاست قلمداد می‌کند و اعتقاد دارد که این تحولات نوعی بیداری اسلامی است که علیه الگوهای سنتی استبدادی و غربی دیکتاتور مآبانه صورت می‌گیرد. به نظر می‌رسد که هیچ یک از این دو اتفاق نیفتاده است و خاورمیانه به علل گوناگون در حال تجربه کردن بنیادگرایی است.

Abstract:
What happened in the Middle East, from Western countries’perspe-
ctive, was a rebellion of unemployed youth and graduated persons, who are familiar with the requirements of information era, seeking freedom, quality and order of power’s new patterns. This perspective called Middle East developments Arab Spring and predicted the events by using theories of patrimonialism and democracy. Some experts would analyze the Middle East developments according to Islam and relations between theology and politics. They believe that thedevel-
opments are a kind of Islamic awakening against the patterns of traditional despotism and western dictatorship. It seems none of perspectives happened and the Middle East is experiencingfundam-
entalism.
