Globalization and new media have transformed all aspects of human life. For this reason, it can be said that the world and its citizens are faced with a new lifestyle, a new policy, a new democracy. Thus, all theories related to the lives of citizens, such as feminism, have been transformed. This transformation has taken place in nature and form. In fact, the main question of this research is: What is the nature of cyber feminism, including its origins, characteristics and effects on women's socio-political rights? Cyber feminism, although formally known as the continuation of classical feminism, however in terms of content, is defined by components such as women's activities in the media, women's universal support for each other or the equality of women's rights at the global level, the formation of family democracy, the continuation of instrumental attitudes toward women are more representative. In other words, cyber feminism under the influence of globalization and new media, although it has created capacities for women, but faces challenges such as more instrumentalism than in the past, consumerist attitudes and weak economic power.
