The Study of the Concept of National Interest; Using Four levels of Individual,Group, State and SystemDr. Abo Mohammad AsgarkhaniManochehr shafei IncheheeAbstract:The national interest is a term that gets talked into frequency and any text that is associated with the political science and international relations can be a sign of the presence of this term. But unlike the common usage of this word, the meaning is in ambiguity, and when we discus national interest, the question you should ask is what national interests are? Who determines it? Are the examples of national interests fixed or do they change during the time? How can we say that actions with no predetermined outcomes that emerges in interaction with other units, can lead to survival and increase in national power? How can one distinguish between the interests of the ruling class and the national interest? How can hostility with A rather than B, be called an action based on national interest? How the rival groups, determine national interests? Due to the prevalence of this term in the daily literature of political science and international relations, the users of this term avoid rethinking about it and deal with it by a superficial point of view. This superficial point of view can lead to misperception and abuse of the term of national interest and since this concept is the starting point of domestic and foreign policy making, it can lead to aberration in decision making. Therefore, this paper is seeking to understand the meaning and dimensions of this term to show national interest is not a simple concept, but a complex term with multi-level forming process.Key word: National interest, International relations, Political science, Policy making

Donald Trump's "America First" Doctrine, Nonpartisan Revisionist StrategyAbdolRahman VelayatiMoslem HaghiAbstract:In comparison with the previous elections the Fifty-eighth presidential election in America was a very different one in a way that it undermined the systematic and the unique structure of America election, where it is more rooted in the candidates' positions and their attitudes toward each other approaches to the America's old policies and foundation. In fact, contrary to the predictions, forecasts and estimates of press and mass media as well as the prestigious surveys, the outcome fell all the Americans in a shock and Donald John Trump alien to America party structure became the Forty-fifth president of America. After stabilizing this event, wave of concerns took not only the people, politicians and statesmen of America, but also the people and governments of the world. All these concerns were rooted in contradictory positions of Trump himself where he has not any appropriateness with the manifest of both Democrat and Republican parties. In spite of Donald Trump's assignment to the Republican Party, many of his Republican Party leaders and figures declared their innocence and said they were displeased of his status for the presidential seat of America. Even Condoleezza Rice from the Republican Party academic leaders, in a statement to the party authorities declared that, "One say to this stupid enough is enough". But finally, despite of all the prevailing circumstances of the party against Trump, he could defeat the systematic party structure of America selection. Now the question is thus whether Donald John Trump will adopt a different strategy of "America First" in different ways with his predecessors and indeed will be a revisionist with revisionism state's approach? In this paper, we study Trump's approach towards recent presidential election.Key worlds: Donald Trump, White America, Revisionist, America First.fifthy eighth election
